Welcome to the Career Astronaut Application Process
We are very excited to welcome you to the application process. Before we make the final selection for this years candidates we will need to narrow down the list of applicants. As you would imagine, we receive applications from hundreds of qualified candidates worldwide. To help us identify who will advance forward, we’ve created three (3) very simple tasks for everyone to complete: (1) the application and supporting documents, (2) online social media and (3) community sponsorship engagement. The following is an overview of what you’ll be required to complete for the application and supporting documents section:
- A short essay (in 500 words or less) of why you’d like to become a Career Astronaut
- A copy of your most current resume
- A copy of your most recent unofficial transcripts (Minimum requirement is 3.0 GPA) Countries that do not use the GPA system are OK to apply
As you make your way through each task, your Liaison will mark items as complete, which will make the next steps available.
